I had them adjust my loose brake levers and true-up my rear and front brake rotors. It took six days and $37 to accomplish. The student workers are kind, competent and incredibly helpful.

It can be a bit busy though so expect to wait about five minutes before anyone can help you. Don't take that wrong, they will acknowledge you, but they have a very hands on approach with each person and their bike so they can't exactly stop to run over to you. On the two visits I made, the front is staffed by two to three people at any given moment.

The store reminds me strongly of an auto mechanic's shop and the air smells like it too. They have a decent selection of locks and chains, bikes, tools, accessories and replacement parts. The one thing they seem to lack a wide variety of is helmets. They have a wide selection of three helmets plus one you can get for free, although I'm not sure how you get the free helmet.

In the end, the place is fairly decent and really helpful for those riding a bike on campus. I'm offering up four of five stars because the turn around on the work was rather long, I'm used to bike shops with a 72 hour turnaround.
