I've been a loyal customer of Gaisano Grand Group of Companies for years now and I have to say, their service is average. The prices are reasonable, but the quality could be improved. The staff are generally friendly, but there have been a few instances where they were not as helpful as I would have liked. Overall, it's an okay place to shop.
