I gave 5 because the company's employees are extremely obedient to customers. It can be seen from a post office that they are prepared / trained about what they need to know about the products in their district.
I am pleased to note that I am giving advice on the needs of buyers.
At one point a young man caught my eye because he asked buyers if they just wanted the product or if they needed the set. Obviously the answer was: "but what else does it contain?" And so the buyers left satisfied with the whole set that they didn't even suspect existed.
