Breka is my favourite place to go study. The staff is super nice and dont mind you sitting there for hours. The pie and cakes are delish, my favourite is the pumpkin pie that they have around Thanksgiving. It is a bit pricey but pretty much on par with Starbucks. Also often they have day old pastries on for super cheap ($1 or $2 for a slice).
