I have been a Toyota Sunnyvale customer for a year and a half. On Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019, I went in for an oil change. My service advisor Millis Ishoo Bayatay, advised me to replace the power steering fluid because it was considered to be low and to replace the battery because it failed a battery test. He quoted me $400.

I went to Napa Auto Parts, I spoke with a mechanic, he tested the battery and it turned out the battery was fine. The mechanic saved me $400! I am never going back to Toyota Sunnyvale. They are crooks.
