After 2 months of dealing with breaks in service hours of watching a black screen, hours on the phone with said technicians telling me it s my modem (replaced it), it s my speed( $40 extra a month went to 100), it needs to be hard wired with an Ethernet cable, it s my TV (went and bought a rocky stick) blah blah blah after demanding they send a technician out to my house. Carl showed up and said my line outside was bad signal a -19 he had it fixed and was very pleasant he is the only good thing I have to say about this company. They don t want to be bothered and will give you any excuse besides the obvious one. The one that comes out of their wallet. Of course they don t want to send a tech out it costs them money instead of us!!! So now I went back down to 20speed returned the roku and I m good to go thank you Carl for keeping it real with me he is the only good thing I have to say about buckeye cable. If I had a different option in my area I would have been GONE along time ago!!
