My 2017 Ford was towed to this dealer by Ford Roadside Service with a failed transmission since it was the closest dealer to my location at the time of failure. Two plus weeks of yanking my chain on when it would be diagnosed with no action, and no loaner on a warranty claim. If you didn't buy it here, don't bring it here. Had it towed to the dealer where I bought it this morning at my expense.
