Review on WEBSITE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE: I wanted to support SF Small Business so I ordered a couple of items for a baby shower. This entire process has not gone well. Although everyone seems nice & professional as far as answering the phone, they appear to have zero organization when it comes to web orders. My order was placed on October 3 & as of today (October 17) still has not been received by the recipient. When I called (3 times) to obtain tracking information, my inquiry was never handled... even today... by the Owner, Johanna. She seemed to rush me off the phone, promising me an email (which was in the original WebOrder contract but never actually came) & stating that the package (although she told me it was sent last Wednesday the 12th) went out this past Friday (the 14th). I suppose in the future, I will stick with Amazon for reliability when it comes to WebOrdering.
