Our law firm has realized how much we lacked in customer service until we we switched from our prior copier supply people to Formax. Jake, the sales rep, has been a tremendous help throughout the process of the changeover. The gentlemen who removed our old machine were friendly and efficient. Everyone at Formax has been very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and provided great customer service to our firm.
