Nice hotel. Nice location. But towards our first night we realized that the air con is not working in 2 of our rooms. A request for help to the reception is still awaiting response ( 30 mins and no assistance yet.). So my stars go to hell from this point. Please try to improve your quality of service. You are namedly a a five star hotel, but we are getting a very bad experience even for a 3 star hotel before even completing a one night stay with you. Air conditioning in a hot climate such as beruwala is an absolute minimal requirement for a hotel in your calibre. I hope you take constructive criticism and improve from this. Earn credits for your location !
