We arrived late, way past the kids bedtime. I call...

We arrived late, way past the kids bedtime. I called ahead and asked the staff to prepare the room. When we arrived the pullout bed was fully made and the crib was set up.

Overall the trip was a success. I didn't love the parking garage.
