Even though my receipt says nothing about not being able to return a ring for the full priced diamond and ring setting, they will not let you return your item. Will never buy from here again and will absolutely tell everyone I can about the negative experience.

The receipt says all sales final in reference to discounted items. This ring was bought at full price. As far as being worn for years and damaged, the ring was worn for three months and was put back in the box a week after it was brought in for servicing. There is also no where on the receipt that mentions time frame at all. You can try to cover up what a joke your shop is, the truth is there and anyone shopping here should be aware that you re liars and cheats.
