Horrible! Can t have a pymt. done without them cha...

Horrible! Can t have a pymt. done without them charging extra fees, tried their automatic pymt system every month they would call to say that they can t get the pymt. They say one thing on the phone and they do the opposite on the system...they have VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WISH I COULD RATE 0-10 with 10 being the highest...I would give them a 0.
