STILL NO REFUND for RM500 unauthorized visa CHARGE, 60+ days later.

Beware of this ISP! The most broken billing department that I have ever encountered. They performed an unauthorized charge of RM500 on my VISA card and and when notified repeatedly they promise to transfer to my foreign bank account in 90 days!

According to the law this refund should be made within 14 days. 60+ days, 48 messages and phone calls back and forth, have passed with more than 8 promises the refund will be made "imminently."

Act 599 CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1999 As at 1 September 2016:
(3) Where the consumer has paid the supplier more money than the supplier is entitled to charge under paragraph (2)(a), (b) or (c), the supplier shall refund the extra payment or make a refund available, within fourteen days of cancellation.
