I had a 1:00 pedicure where they rushed me with no spa slippers because they were out to a 2:00 massage and my feet and nails were ruined, when I politely brought this up the service was horrible and then the spa director Alex came in and equally proceeded to argue and make passive aggressive solutions to a simple problem- give good customer service!
