Their prices are ok, their stock is often on par with and sometimes better than direct competitors.

However, they do not seem to care, much, about mistakes that directly impact the small businesses that count on them for blank apparel. They have an option on their order forms that say, "must ship today" and they do not do anything differently if you click it. Even just a CALL to let a small business know that the goods will not be shipping today would be preferable to nothing.

Customer service seems to be there simply for apologies, but no real action. Past issues with missing shipments, mispacked orders, late shipments and the like have never really been addressed and the practices have not gotten better. They bought out Bodek and Rhodes, and the company's service has gone downhill since.
