We made a reservation online, then had to cancel over a month before our stay. We received email confirmation that it was cancelled and that there would be no charge. Of course, the hotel still charged us! Should have been a simple fix with just a phone call. Talking with the manager Kevin, was aggravating to say the least. His arrogant, condescending attitude was summed up with a dismissive "we'll see what we can do". So I forwarded him the email confirmation and am awaiting the credit to my account. All the posturing as an elegant establishment doesn't make up for an employee who I would fire immediately if he worked at my company and treated one of our clients the way he did. We will never stay at this hotel, and will be sure to share our bad customer service experience with others. Time for some remedial training!
