This dealership, mainly the service department is below average.
We have 2 new BMWs, and have had to go to the dealership many times for the same problem. The latest one was an oil change. Car was at the dealers last week, I asked to check if any services are coming due to which I was told no. 3 days after getting the car back, I received an alert the car is due for an oil change. Another issue has been a glitch between BMW and Apple car play which is an advertised feature.
We have brought the car in 4 times for that issue, the first time being told heads up display isn t safe that s why it doesn t work by someone that was rude to my wife and didn t seem to know about the car, and it went downhill from there. Eventually it was fixed, but it shouldn t take that much effort, and my lack of customer service is inexcusable. Some reps are really nice, others below average. I ve dealt with other dealerships in the past, and this is below average. I don t think there is another one in SAn Antonio so we may be stuck with mediocre service. Considering this is a luxury brand, you expect more.
