Wonderful customer service! I needed a replacement sash for a 15 year old window. Chris guided me to what I needed based on the label on the window, emailed to me a reasonable quote within 30 minutes, and then placed the order. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. And, moreover, I'm very happy with my Harvey sliding windows. They are still good as new.
