We had a great experience at Prestman Auto. There was no pressure and very upfront about everything. They give you realistic answers instead of just telling you what you want to hear. Tracy Ball was helpful in answering all our questions. We went in on a Friday night at 6:40PM hoping to quickly look at a car before they closed at 7:00PM. We liked the car so much we ended up buying it. My wife and I are never spontaneous with big purchases. So even though we liked the car we still were indecisive about moving forward. Tracy helped answer our questions and did not rush us at all. He was very patient with us and he stayed after 8:00 PM past closing to help us figure out if we wanted to move forward. Marshall was also awesome entertaining our kids making them laugh as they watched Rio on the Big TV while we were finalizing things. Great place with a great selection.
