Horrible. Automated phone system requires your 15 digit account number to do anything, which is very inconvenient if you don't have your bill in front of you. Even when I DID have my bill in front of me, the system didn't recognize my account number!! The website wouldn't let me pay online, so i had to drive across town and stand in line where i was told there is a $3 "convenience fee" to use a credit card??

The line moved pretty quickly, the rep was friendly, and my water got turned on same day, so that's why it's not zero stars.
