Tosler Davis is a fabulous salon with a terrific staff. I have been going to them for years and I don't know what I would do without Maureen (color) and Yossi (cut). Maureen is magic, I swear -- hands down the best colorist I've encountered... and Yossi always gives me, stylish, sophisticated cuts. Highly, highly recommended.
