Having yet again more problems with their equipmen...

Having yet again more problems with their equipment. This time though because it's New Years day they aren't open to resolve the issue. So much for 24 protection. Can't wait to cancel.
Called the next day when open and got terrible service. They couldn't fix it over the phone. Technician is a week out with an appointment window of 4 hours. Worse than the cable company. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. One that will provide 24hr 365 protection.
