David McDavid Honda was fantastic to work with! I purchased my Ford Escape along with a CarCare service plan at a David McDavid dealership in Ft. Worth. I live in Frisco and didn't want to drive to Ft. Worth to have my car serviced and I was told that I could use my plan to get my Escape serviced at Ford in Frisco. The Ford dealership in Frisco would not honor my service plan that I had paid for. I called David McDavid Honda and they said they would be happy to honor the service plan I had purchased and they would service my car. They were friendly and courteous when I went to drop my car off and took great care of me. It was raining when I picked my vehicle up and the gentleman who helped me even went and got my car pulling it up to the lobby door so I wouldn't get wet picking up my car. Great job!!
