I feel that we live in a time of compromise and disappointment. My mother has talked about Fascia s chocolate for years. I have finally had a milk and dark chocolate cordial cherry and can only say I absolutely disappointed!! First why on earth would a small family run chocolate shop use some of the worst ingredients available? Both the dark and milk are unsurprisingly tasteless. Chocolate is sub par and the inside is out of a Whitman s sampler :-( I don t like saying this about a small family run place but this is my experience. I admit it was only based on the cordial cherry, but if a candy maker is willing to use high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavor among other things than I have to assume that the rest of the candies fall in line.

If you think this chocolate is good you have never had really good chocolate (alma, burdick, Enna, enstroms)
