Brought my car in for low tire pressure, oil chang...

Brought my car in for low tire pressure, oil change (little early), and general check. My tire was patched as they found a screw in it. On the way home, I got a flat in that tire. I called my service rep, Jacob, and told him. Within in 15 minutes, he and another rep came to my rescue. They put on the spare and took the damaged tire with them. Later Jacob called me and said I could come in and get my new tire the next morning. The "rescue" was above and beyond in my opinion. It was 105 outside.

Since this happened, I heard from a friend that there had been a problem on the same road with nails being left behind by road crews! There was never a question that the tire issue was my fault.
