They sent me a demand for a monthly payment, threatening to cancel my insurance policy if I didn't cough up. Yet I had officially suspended my insurance with Acorn, their insurance broker. No means of communicating with them to clarify the issue, even though I'd expect they are aware of most businesses, including my taxi business have been negatively impacted by COVID19. No customer service number available online, only number available takes you straight to payment. No excuse for not having received my notice to suspend policy. They should have contacted the broker whom I've always communicated with rather than contact me directly. I'm seething.
