We were there over the weekend. We were a party of 5, and we arrived at around 9pm. We sat ourselves, and about 10 minutes later our "server" finally came over to get drink orders. Another 10 minutes later and 4 of the 5 of us finally got our drinks, mine for some reason took a little longer. Our server then disappeared again, to come back and say "are you ready to order your meals?" When we explained that we wanted some appetizers, it seemed to be an inconvenience, however she took our order and that was that. 20 minutes later, our appetizers came out, however I had to ask for the sauces that were supposed to come with the food (we had calamari, fried pickles, and some pretzel cheese bite things). The appetizers came out and again, our server disappeared. It was only after we finished our appetizers and had been sitting there for several minutes with a cleared table that she came over to order our meals. We ordered a variety of food, and about 30 minutes later, two orders came out. I wish I could tell you when the rest of the food was done, but once we had waited an HOUR after ordering, and still hadn't received the rest of the food...two members of our party went in to find out what was taking so long (it was 2 orders of peel and eat shrimp, and three orders of steamed oysters...) and the end result was 7 members of the kitchen staff bum rushed our party, started a fight, ONE of the kitchen staff punched me in the face, and WE were subsequently kicked out. Will NEVER, EVER go back to this establishment.
