One word "awesome". My first beer tour and they were amazing. The people were genuine and only cared that you liked the product you were buying. Telling me I should sample the drink before buying it. Tour was about an hour long and although it's such a small cup they give you to keep for free, you fill it about 5 or 6 times and get kinda fuzzy twards the end! Got a specialty bottle of beer and a giant glass Stein from the gift shop!!!!
