My property owner sold the home I live in which was under a great management company to a new owner who has a contract here. This company has ZERO focus on the rental side of their business, most obviously stated by the fact the the card I received for my new "Property Manager" said REALTOR on it, which tells me that they only care about the sales. I'll list off all of the issues that my last PM did not have.

-Maintenance line is 9-5 M-F only, so if my place floods, guess I'll just have to buy a boat, and the heat is out on a Sunday so hopefully the pipes won't freeze.
-No 24 hour notice was given during the roof/gutter replacement.
-Parking lot is consistently obstructed, and it is illegal for me to park on the street in front of my building, as it is within 25 feet of a stop sign.

I went with this home to get away from these issues, but only ended up right back where I was. Luckily I have 6 months until my lease is up.
