I normally do not write hotel reviews, but if I could give this hotel a zero, I would! We check in and enter our very dark, dated room. The a/c was on, and the room smelled damp like the carpet had just been cleaned. We had two queen beds, and when I pulled the sheets back, my side of the bed had a big stain on the sheets. I went down to the front desk and reported this, and the staff assured me the bedding would be changed the next day. (not ok in my book, but I just crawled into bed with my daughter) We arrive back at the hotel at 4 the next day, and our room had not been touched since we had left. I walked down to front desk again, and reported the lack of housekeeping and smell of the room. The girls behind the desk just blankly stared at me. I was able to secure a different room for my second night. The 2nd room was a lot brighter. The bed my husband and I slept in smelled like old pee. I left a note when we left and will never return again! I want to be specific so you can make an informed decision and spend a little extra $ and stay somewhere a lot nicer. This hotel is old, dated, and I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel!
