I've had the worst experience of my life - solely because of the property manager, Kerri Anne Myers. At the risk of sounding too dramatic, Kerri Anne is a liar, unprofessional, non-responsive and extremely rude. There was a leakage in my unit and when Kerri Anne entered our unit, she confirmed - You guys won't have to pay for the repairs. Our only fault was we didn't record that call. If only we had done it!

Fast forward 2 months, we get a bill for charge-back of the same work. Kerri Anne literally lies to our faces and says she never said those words. And then plays the victim card that she feels attacked when we try to expose her lies.

ICC Property Management has been so bad for our building, that they were eventually FIRED for not doing their jobs. Further investigations are underway because we suspect there might have been some other monetary fraud too - the investigation will reveal. But the point is, even for such an accusation or suspicion, this company should not be hired. Stay safe and steer clear of these unprofessional people.

EDIT after response on this review: The decision was of the board because the board was misguided by the property manager. Does not change the fact that Kerri Anne lied to us. The board was always kept in the dark and we were asked to pay because we didn't record the call. If only we had done that, Kerri Anne would have had no place to hide face.
