Good evening. I am writing this message to you after I found out that a character has arrived at Arval about whom the whole market of suppliers (service, dealers, tires, etc.) and a few customers knows the character he shows: lack of morality, ethics, respect of the promise. His name is Robert M. It is well known that he does not honor meetings after confirming them and that he promises things that he then forgets or misinterprets and that he has affinities of suppliers without a transparent selection. I am deeply amazed that he arrived in Arval. We talk to each other and we wonder how this happened. However, there are 2 people who lead and who have an immaculate image that I hope can maintain a positive path. Connoisseurs know who I am. I am writing to you about this character to be aware of this and to talk to him as little as possible. I and others like me have been "tricked" by this character and it seems normal for as many people as possible to know.
