This post is strictly about our salesman, Josh Schmidt... (not for the service dept who I had to leave our car with for 2 weeks trying to get them to fix all the problems I had found after buying the car. Even driving back and forth 3 times from Santa Cruz when the service manager W. said problems were fixed, but were not.) Anyway, Josh Schmidt is awesome. He literally went out of his way to help us out in every way he could. I d definitely deal with this guy again. But, I would not take my car in for service at Capitol Ford anymore. If I need service again I will take it to the ford dealership in Santa Cruz. I bet if Josh were the service manager he would have taken care of the problems with our car properly the first time. LOL. I even asked the service manager to call me with a heads up and give me updates on my car but he never did. I had to keep calling him. Josh Schmidt was the one who was actually calling me and checking in with me to see how things were going.
