Nathaniel was truly the best sales person I had ever had the pleasure of dealing with when purchasing a car. The first day I came in just looking at cars and pricing not knowing what we really wanted. Then Nathaniel came right up to us and introduced his self and started asking if there was anything in particular we was looking for.we said a small suv.so we looked around we liked a se camry and the xse camry but leaned more toward the se cause of price. He never pushed us into anything
So he worked his numbers up and It wasn't exactly what we wanted and he kept trying to get around our numbers and we still wasn't there so we told him we would go home and think about it. I was almost at my car and he came running out saying my name and asking what about this small suv well it really wasn't appealing to us so he said just to keep him informed if anything was to change. Well next morning at 9am he calls and we talk and I talk about trading in my dream truck for the xse and he was like what u really are considering on trading your truck and I said yeah if u don't mind working up some numbers. So he did within 10 min he replied back with the numbers. I called him telling him my truck was at my place of work and would have to go get it he said that was fine about what time I would be there so he could be waiting on us. So from here on out u know what happens next the dreaded paper work lol,and we end up with our dream car. So long story short never thought I would have had the experience buying a new car that was bran new with it being my first new car ever meeting the best sales person any one could ever ask for.i didn't know Nathaniel and he didn't know me but when the deal was done I felt like family. I hope he stays with Mike Johnson of hickory for years to come so when we come back I can specially ask for the man named Nathaniel Holmes.
