I adopted the sweetest pup from Austin Pets Alive!...

I adopted the sweetest pup from Austin Pets Alive! in April 2019. After looking through the available pups every day for months (and wanting them all, of course), I saw the sweetest looking dog whose bio matched exactly what I was looking for and knew it was time! She was in foster so I reached out to APA!, got in touch with the foster, and set up a meet and greet. She came home with me about 2 weeks later- after inquiring, meeting, applying, attending an "interview" (met with an adoption counselor, went over medical records, filled out adoption paperwork, etc), and scheduling pick-up. I think the process is a lot faster if you adopt a pup from the on-site location, but it was very easy with the foster! So very much in love with my sweet girl!
