Saw Kinky Boots in the last days. The staff at the theatre were not very friendly -- they had their "professional smiles" on which doesn't really impress me. You go there know its an old theatre and pretty tired. This has its own charm I suppose. Even though I had an aisle seat (thank goodness) it was pretty squeezy. If I could I probably go elsewhere.
