service took 2/3 longer than originally estimated ...

service took 2/3 longer than originally estimated - 2 1/2 hours for a state inspection after being told 1 1/2 hour estimate. the service adviser never gave me an update - i had to hunt him down to check on status. the only positive was when i first pulled in someone greeted me and took me to the service adviser.
