14 Months from first phone call to completion. This product was the heritage doors. 2 double doors and 3 fixed sidelights with astragal bars.
1. Unknowledgeable staff quoting for a product that they couldn t manufacture. So had to redesign 4 months into the process.
2. Glass units replaced 4 times as incorrect size and faulty product. Including blown glass, silicone within the glazed unit, spacer bars in the wrong place and astragal bars lifting off the glass.
3. They never reply to emails.
4. Not admitting their fault in quality control and quick to blame their supplier.
6. Very poor customer service and communication.
7. Received under half of monies back for what we paid out on fitter to come in and fit faulty product.

We have used in the past but now never again. It might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Think carefully! I d hate for someone else to go through this process.
