As I write this review I am in the second day of trying to get help with a very simple problem. I asked for laundry services. Instead I got dry cleaning. This is a big deal for me because I am allergic to the chemicals in dry cleaning.

The hotel suggested that the clothes be returned for laundering. I was promised that the clothes would be in my room at 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. no clothes. I called down and the clothes had been sitting at the front desk. The clothes arrived with a big ticket saying dry cleaning and the smell of dry cleaning. I called down to guest services where I spoke to an excessively chipper woman who says yes to everything and then does nothing. I asked that she take an hour to see what she could do and then call me back. An hour later, no call. I called to speak to the woman again and was told that she had spoken to her supervisor who would speak to me anytime after 9 a.m. tomorrow morning. I explained that I was leaving the hotel at 8:30 in the morning. "Okay!" was the response and the promise that the supervisor would call me. Of course, no call. I feel sorry for this supervisor because her representative on the desk keeps making her manager look worse and worse.I tried to find a place on the hotel website to write what I am writing here but there was no opportunity to communicate on the website. Big mistake. This could have been kept off the web so easily.
