I have my 'Retirement Home' that I love. I worked with Jeff Warren on 'what' I wanted in my new home. It had been 40 years since I had a new home and I had 'wants' . Jeff was quick at laying out the changes to the base Commodore ranch home - taking out walls, moving walls, answering questions and then making more changes. He was always patient and never rushed me in making decisions. There are some fixes that Jeff's crew needs to make to what Commodore did wrong - but walk-thru caught most of it and I have 12 months to note anything I have seen while living in the home. I have had two different families stop to ask me questions about the home since they were told it was a modular build but looking at it could not believe it was - due to the design changes made and wrap around deck and wood lap siding. The great thing is the 2 x 6 wall construction which allows for better insulation - all home construction done at Commodore was done inside their facility with no bad weather affecting the construction. New Castle has a great crew to work with - good at calling and verifying anything that was a last minute change. Very pleased and very happy with my new home.
