We went here to search for a lounge and we found one we liked. Jacco helped us to customise the lounge, there was no pressure on us to purchase anything we didn't want or need. A deliver date was set, it arrived two and a half months later as predicted. We're very happy with it.
The only problem was that the fabric protector didn't arrive with the lounge as agreed. This didn't affect the warranty but it was inconvenient, and we were initially told that we'd have to return to Auburn to pick it up. A bit annoying that one hadn't been set aside. Points to the store, they posted it to us when it arrived.
In all, a very good experience.
