This 5 Star rating is for two people in particular, James Godsay in sales and Rich Walls in service. They both made our family s RV purchase extremely pleasant.

I would say there seems to continue some hiccups in the service/warranty department, but not a direct result from the gentlemen mentioned above.

My recommendation for Optimum is that they hire employees like James and Rich, that truly understand the meaning of Customer Service and have a passion for the products and service they represent. Thank you both!
