I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. I showed up and no one addressed me. After 20 minutes and passing by a handful of sales personnel (just talking to each other) finally I said something. After my visit they called themselves trying to reach out to me to get my business. They didnt even get the correct vehicle information on the email. That made me feel like they didnt even care about my wants or needs. I have purchase 3 Toyota in the past. But I will never purchase one from this facility.
