Switched over to Buckeye when we moved in November...

Switched over to Buckeye when we moved in November 2018. Have had the worse experience ever. I have to call at least 2 times a month to have it reset, just to get it to work. And they are always trying to sell more products. Who in their right mind would buy more products from a company that can t get the first one right?
