I was double charged for my purchase over 1 MONTH ...

I was double charged for my purchase over 1 MONTH ago!!! I have called and called and called and every time they tell me "ok the refund will be placed into your account." Needless to say IT STILL HASN'T BEEN!!! I am so angry and feel like they have stolen my $100!!!!!
