My wife and I had been saving for a house and in January of this year, we thought we were about two years away. Mike Dorego from Northwood called us based of a years old lead just to see how things were going. He knew about our region s downpayment assistance program and told us to check it out. It s 8 months later and we are busy doing renovations to a home we just purchased.

Simply, we wouldn t be here if not for Mike!
He has been great every step along the way and even recommended a realtor to us. Having meeting with a couple, I went with Mike s recommendation and we couldn t have been happier with the outcome.

Mike got us a ridiculously low rate on our mortgage, so much so that our lawyer didn t actually believe it was correct. I cannot give Mike big enough praise for all the work he did for us. He was honest and straight-forward through the whole process and there were no surprises.
