We had been searching for the best price on new Chevrolet 2014 Cruze for some time. I did some research on the internet and came across Bill Crispin Chevrolet as having some of the best customer reviews. We happened to be in the area and made plans to stop in to speak with Kari. After having one of those bad days that just kept getting worse the longer the day went on, we met with Mike, because Kari had to leave early. We were tired from our long day and upset because our car was having issues that ended up to be very minor. We left feeling down.. Kari and Kim worked all the next day with me on a great deal for a new Chevrolet Cruze. We returned that weekend to pick it up. When we came to pick it up we were treated like old friends. Debbie Crispin came out to meet us and Matt treated us very well and efficiently in writing up the sales contract. We will definitely go back to Bill Crispin Chevrolet for any future purchases. We are very happy with our new car!
