Call to check in on my wife. Her name was not correct even though they had her Identification. As soon as the ER staff picked up. There was no introduction. It was hey gurl I'll tell you in a minute. You ain't gonna believe this. I was then acknowledged. I was brushed off and disregarded. Would not recommend this place. Based off a phone call one thing comes to mind, "ghetto hoodrats."
