Absolutely horrible service from the sales department.... was trying to get an 03 deuce anniversary edition (76 of 200). I was very clear with terry that I wasn t in the market for anything but that bike. When financing came back I was told I d need to put some money down... I even offered to fork over all I had in my wallet at the time(about $200) just to hold the bike until I could get the full down payment together but was told that they needed more than that even just to hold it for me . I was told by Terry that they d give me a week to get money for the down payment on it though. I called in yesterday and the bike had already been sold(that s fine I understand you gotta sell bikes but I feel that I was shafted seeing how didn t get the week like I was originally told in our handshake deal I would). Ontop of that and where I have the biggest issue is the fact that I get a text from terry wanting to know if I had got anything figured out today. So I called him back only to find out that the bike has indeed sold(which makes me feel like the text was just a way to try and steer me into financing a different bike with them). I took up my issue with the GM only for him to be very smug and insincere... again I reiterated to him on more than one occasion that I wasn t in there for anything but that bike and I was not in the market for any other bike and yet his only solution was that I should check out what they had in stock and maybe they could get me on the Harley of my dreams . I will get that Harley of my dreams one day but it for sure will not be from a them. Dallas Harley doesn t keep their word nor can they keep track of inventory even when it s a bike that would never go unnoticed. All they care about is pushing a sale even when their potential customer has said that their only interested in one very specific bike. Steer clear of these glorified used car sales men... if I could give 0 stars I would
